Come join us for a hands-on sourdough bread-making class and discover the joy of making delicious, homemade bread from scratch!

Whether you’re completely new to sourdough or already have some experience, there’s something for everyone. Choose the experience that’s right for you:

Artisan Sourdough Loaf — $10

Learn how to make a classic artisan sourdough loaf with a beautiful crust and chewy interior.

Please bring:

• A banneton proofing basket

• A Mason jar with a lid

Important: You will take your prepared dough home to proof in the refrigerator overnight. The following day, you will bake your loaf at home in your own Dutch oven. You do not need to bring your Dutch oven to class.

Please note: You will need to own a Dutch oven to be able to cook your bread.

Soft Sourdough Bread — $10

Learn how to make a soft, delicious sourdough loaf that's perfect for sandwiches and everyday use.

Please bring:

• A loaf pan

• A Mason jar with a lid

Important: Your dough will need to proof in the refrigerator overnight. You will take your prepared dough home with you and bake it in your loaf pan the following day.

Watch & Learn — FREE

Not ready to get hands-on? No problem! Watch the process, learn the techniques, and ask questions without making a loaf yourself.

No loaf is included with the Watch & Learn option.

Want to take some sourdough starter home? Bring a Mason jar with a lid and you can purchase some starter for $5.

What’s Included

Depending on the option you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to make your own sourdough bread and learn practical techniques you can use at home. You can also choose to leave with a free loaf of bread to enjoy!
